Viti's new Business Development Center is designed to take the guess work out of client care.  It is a formalized system to track, follow up and ensure client satisfaction.  A dealership must be ready to respond to inquiries quickly and our staff will ensure a timely and relevant response to every customer phone call or e-mail, whether the call is about Sales, Service or anything in-between.
